A Small Courtyard Terrace to Relax: As I stepped into the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find a charming courtyard terrace. It felt like a hidden oasis where I could unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment, away from the bustling city.

I got amazing value for my money! The room was super comfortable and the view of the skyline was amazing. The location was perfect, with Kapana and the Old Town just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, just beyond the river, is perfect for exploring the city and visiting nearby attractions. The staff is very friendly and the basic amenities provided in the rooms, along with the nice bathroom, ensure a comfortable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had a good location close to several attractions, making it easy to get around. the room was clean and the staff was friendly. The highlight of my stay, however, was the Christmas decorations that made the holiday more festive.

The hotel had a few drawbacks that made my stay less than ideal. The heating system was inadequate, causing the room to be quite chilly.

Great location within walking distance of North Bus Station and Kapana and the Old Town. Clean rooms and bathroom. Good wifi. Spectacular sunrise views of the river from the window and balcony. Fantastic price for the comfort and location. Cheap and fantastic Chinese restaurant next door.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Plovdiv, perfect for families with little ones. the value for money was exceptional - I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center and the beautiful pedestrian bridge. The views from the hotel were stunning, with a great view of the river and the town. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

There was absolutely nothing negative about this hotel.

The hotel is well-located with easy access to major attractions. Also, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. One more thing that I liked was the complimentary breakfast which had a variety of delicious options to choose from.

My Easter weekend stay at the hotel was disappointing overall. The staff lacked basic communication skills to attend to guests. Moreover, the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the amenities were outdated and not well taken care of.

The rooms at Family Hotel Gerdjika are fantastic! They have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony overlooking the river. It's so refreshing to wake up to the sound of flowing water and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. The small fridge in the room is a nice touch too!

I personally found the work desk in the room to be a tad small. But hey, everyone has different needs, and some might still find it perfectly functional!

They have air conditioning, which is perfect for hot summer days. The free Wi-Fi is a great bonus too, especially for someone like me who loves to stay connected. And the best part? All the rooms have a balcony facing the river. It's such a relaxing view, I could spend hours just sitting there and enjoying the peacefulness.

The only thing I didn't really like was that the rooms have a small fridge. It's not a big deal though, just a personal preference.
